Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Senior Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, mental, psychosocial, and developmental needs, and perform physical examinations
• Order and interpret laboratory and radiologic studies, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Document care delivery processes and assist in the development of new services and quality improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Master's or Doctorate degree required
• One or more years of experience preferred, particularly in geriatrics or internal medicine
• Licensed as a nurse practitioner and Registered Nurse with unrestricted state licenses
• Active Federal DEA and State CSR certification required
