Job Summary

Leading provider engagement and partnership development, the full-time Rural Health Forward Program Manager will coordinate training efforts for a statewide initiative aimed at enhancing South Dakota's rural healthcare workforce while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for statewide provider engagement and training coordination activities
• Serve as the primary contact for participating rural healthcare providers and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Expand provider participation and strengthen rural healthcare networks to ensure the initiative's long-term success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in healthcare program management, workforce development, or community engagement
• Experience working with rural healthcare organizations and multi-partner initiatives
• Familiarity with learning management systems or virtual training platforms
• South Dakota residency required
