Southeast Asia Campaign Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Southeast Asia Campaign Consultant to lead corporate engagement efforts to combat deforestation and peatland development in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns to reduce deforestation and peatland conversion while increasing protection for forests and peatlands
• Conduct satellite monitoring and analysis of deforestation and environmental threats in the region
• Engage with stakeholders and coordinate with teams to develop and implement campaigns targeting corporate actors in the supply chain

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in campaigns and investigations related to deforestation and supply chain issues
• Proficiency in GIS software and geospatial analysis techniques
• Experience engaging with agribusiness corporate groups and influencing decision-makers
• Background in leading campaign investigations and producing NGO publications
• Fluency in English is required
