Southeast Regional Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President (Southeast).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with distribution partners and identify key distributors to support business growth
• Create and implement a business strategy and annual plan to meet premium targets while managing expenses
• Generate sales, meet performance goals, and ensure compliance with market conduct and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum five years of life insurance wholesaling experience at the carrier level
• Life, Health & Variable Annuities Licenses, FINRA Series 6 or 7, and state life and health licenses required
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and distribution channels
• Track record of coaching and leading a sales team to meet or exceed objectives
