SOX and Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Manager - SOX and Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review financial performance by collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data
• Coordinate month-end and year-end internal and external reporting and manage key operational activities
• Develop and manage a team while maintaining documentation required by SOX and implementing related controls

Required Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and finance management
• Proficient knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
• Ability to develop financial analysis models and support regulatory requirements
• Experience managing internal and external audit requests
• Strong technical expertise in financial reporting and analysis
