SOX Auditor III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOX Auditor III.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance efforts for the Model Audit Rule (MAR/SOX) through risk assessments, process documentation, and testing of controls
• Prepare and maintain detailed MAR/SOX documentation and assist internal and external auditors
• Participate in the risk assessment process and manage remediation efforts for identified risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field
• 5 years of experience in auditing, Information Systems, Sarbanes-Oxley/MAR, compliance, or accounting/financial
• Knowledge of effective auditing and general accounting standards
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Access or other databases
• Preferred certifications include CPA, CMA, CIA, or CISA
