SOX Compliance Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOX Compliance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership on internal controls design and operating effectiveness
• Lead annual control process walkthroughs and track internal and external control testing progress
• Complete monthly SOX Compliance tasks and provide tailored trainings on process and control updates

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business Management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or pursuing CPA licensure
• Proven proficiency in GAAP reporting, accounting processes, and SOX Compliance
• Strong project management skills and a record of personal and business ethics
