SOX IT General Controls Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOX IT General Controls Senior Manager to lead the SOX IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of ITGC testers and manage a testing portfolio of IT general controls
• Provide clear work papers, manage testing schedules, and assist with remediation efforts
• Educate stakeholders on risks and controls while fostering a compliance culture

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with IT general controls and SOX compliance programs
• At least 5 years of people management experience in SOX ITGC testing
• Relevant certification such as CISA, CISM, CIA, or CPA
• Experience working with and supporting an external audit team
• Knowledge of various business process applications and operating systems
