SOX IT Senior Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOX IT Senior Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute IT-related SOX procedures, including testing IT general controls, application controls, and system access controls
• Identify and assess risks related to IT systems and develop remediation strategies for control weaknesses
• Maintain documentation of testing procedures and support ongoing SOX compliance efforts by tracking remediation of control deficiencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience OR Associate's degree and 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, technology, or related field
• Understanding of SOX regulation
• Familiarity with IT general controls (ITGC) and financial reporting systems (Oracle)
• Ability to work collaboratively with both IT and non-IT personnel
