SOX Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOX Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day management of the annual SOX 404 program
• Work with business process owners on implementing and maintaining SOX controls
• Collaborate with external auditors and drive the SOX audit

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Big 4 or internal/financial audit with SOX 404
• Degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA and/or CIA certification preferable)
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, Section 404, PCAOB standards
• Experience in Software as a service industry is preferable
• Significant experience in Microsoft applications; Workday, SalesForce Billings, and Fastpath experience is a plus
