Job Summary
Supporting occupancy space data management, the full-time Space and Occupancy Planner will conduct audits, manage space planning updates, and monitor space utilization in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct periodic occupancy audits to ensure accurate data on department locations and space configurations
- Manage space plan updates, including restacking scenarios and test fits
- Collaborate with the local team to align headcount growth and maintain the occupancy tool
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in space planning and familiarity with industry business tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong collaboration skills and experience in tactical space planning and design implementation
- Proficient in project management and assessment of potential space use
- Experience with workplace strategies and the ability to analyze office cube ratios
