Space Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Americas Lead of Space Management, Planning & Occupancy (SPO).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement overall vision, strategy, and metrics for client accounts focused on expanding SPO services
• Act as the primary executive point of contact for GOS occupier clients, enhancing client relationships and business growth
• Support a highly engaged workforce and ensure superior delivery of all contract deliverables while identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience, with 10 years in real estate preferred
• Competency in all SPO service areas and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of relevant software and resource allocation concepts
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with a team-oriented approach
