Space Planner Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Designer - Space Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales representatives and clients to gather project requirements, set timelines, and develop budgets
• Create innovative design concepts and comprehensive space plans while adhering to building codes and ADA requirements
• Produce detailed furniture plans, 3D renderings, and specifications using AutoCAD, CET, and 2020 Cap Technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in design or relevant work experience
• 3-5 years of design experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Cap 2020, and CET
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
• NCIDQ Certification is preferred
