Job Summary
Working remotely and full-time, the Space Planning Analyst will turn shopper insights and category analytics into actionable shelving strategies that enhance category performance and influence retailer decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop shelving strategies based on shopper, category, and sales data to improve performance and growth
- Evaluate planogram effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities for assortment and product placement
- Partner with internal teams and retailers to deliver data-driven recommendations supported by compelling visuals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in space planning, category management, or retail analytics
- Experience with planogram software and syndicated data sources
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
