Space Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Space Strategist I to help shape the future of the workplace through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop space and workplace scenarios based on business needs and utilization insights
• Prepare planning options, stacking plans, and capacity models while collaborating with designers
• Utilize dashboards and IWMS tools to model future capacity needs and support stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Space Strategist
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms and ability to read architectural plans
• Working knowledge of space planning concepts and experience preparing planning reports and dashboards
