Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spacecraft Power & Battery Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Guard overall health of spacecraft power subsystems and recommend actions to optimize power margins
Trend solar-array and battery performance, characterize aging behavior, and propose life-extension strategies
Develop, update, and automate operational procedures, scripts, and dashboards to streamline activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar
7+ years working with spacecraft electrical systems, with at least 5 years on solar-array and battery architectures
Hands-on experience building or maintaining analysis software in Python; familiarity with MATLAB
Proven ability to interpret large telemetry data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is a bonus
