Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time salaried Spacecraft Structural Analyst will analyze mechanical design for defense and space applications, focusing on structural integrity under various load conditions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to transition designs from concept to production.

Key responsibilities
  • Performing static and dynamic structural analyses for advanced spacecraft applications at various levels
  • Providing design recommendations based on analysis outputs that align with manufacturability requirements
  • Developing comprehensive test plans and supporting test execution and data interpretation
Required qualifications
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of engineering mechanics, including statics and strength of materials
  • Experience with structural analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN, or similar)
  • Proven ability to perform both static and dynamic structural evaluations
