Spain Licensed Financial Advisor

Job Summary

To support a growing financial wellness initiative, the part-time contractor Spain Licensed Financial Advisor will conduct one-on-one sessions with employees on personal finance topics, contribute to content development, and collaborate with leadership to shape expansion strategies, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees to educate on personal finance topics such as retirement, budgeting, and debt management
• Contribute to the development of content, programming, and financial products for the company
• Collaborate with leadership to create frameworks for the company's expansion in Spain

Required qualifications

• One or more active professional designations, including European Financial Advisor (EQF 4, EQF 5, EQF 6) or comparable Spain-specific designations
• Must be in good standing with the Comisi n Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV)
• At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory at an EAFI
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
