Spain Licensed Risk Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Spain Licensed Risk Manager, the full-time remote position will maintain and operationalize the risk management framework, conduct risk assessments, and monitor Key Risk Indicators to ensure compliance with MiCAR and DORA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and operationalize the comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and policies
• Conduct regular risk assessments targeting financial, operational, cyber, and crypto-specific threats
• Monitor and track daily Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), flagging emerging trends and vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in risk management within a payment system, EMI, financial infrastructure, or crypto-asset environment
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish regulatory landscape (Banco de Espa a, CNMV) and EU MiCAR framework
• Practical understanding of crypto-asset mechanics, including custody protocols and blockchain analytics tools
• Native or fluent Spanish and proficiency in English
