Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Agent (Spanish Bilingual Required, Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information about medical, dental, and behavioral health services
  • Make follow-up and confirmation calls for appointments, ensuring all necessary information is communicated to patients
  • Document and update patient information accurately in the electronic health record system and maintain productivity metrics


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in front desk reception, administrative, or customer service roles
  • 2 years' experience in a medical setting or call center, preferably in a community clinic
  • Working knowledge of computerized medical scheduling and billing systems
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
