Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Claims Agent, responsible for resolving outstanding damage claims through effective communication with insurance companies and renters.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the sole point of contact for a portfolio of claims, guiding Spanish-speaking customers from initial report to final resolution
• Manage case portfolios to achieve and exceed monthly performance goals through outbound and inbound calls
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• 1-3 years of relevant collections, claims, car rental, and/or subrogation experience
• Proven track record of top-tier performance
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
