Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Client Care Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients regarding appointment inquiries and product/service requests
• Perform outbound calls to leads and existing clients to schedule appointments
• Handle client communications via SMS, email, and website chat while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience required
• Consistent positive and enthusiastic demeanor
• Strong de-escalation skills required
• Willingness to learn new computer programs and processes
