Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Spanish Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Mitigates complaints to prevent escalation and resolves basic problems by assessing needs
- Documents communications for quality tracking and maintains performance standards in a contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
