Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Spanish Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Mitigates complaints to prevent escalation and resolves basic problems by assessing needs
  • Documents communications for quality tracking and maintains performance standards in a contact center environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
  • Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
