Spanish Bilingual Customer Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and online channels
• Investigate customer part inquiries and provide verification or recommendations on auto parts
• Maintain database case notes and stay current with relevant materials and resources

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written
• 1 - 2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
• Additional Automotive Parts training or certifications are a plus
• PC/Keyboarding skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
