Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Job Summary

Providing essential support to customers, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Associate will manage inbound claims inquiries and assist with the claims process while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with auto and homeowner claims
• Guide customers through the claims process, setting clear expectations and providing necessary information
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the claims file

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both written and spoken communication
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Customer service experience is highly preferred
• Technically proficient, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
