Job Summary

Seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a seasonal, remote position, the candidate will assist customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, identify issues, and provide solutions while promoting additional products
• Document customer interactions accurately in client systems and adhere to scripts and procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and team members

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a transaction-based environment
• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
• Experience with benefits and open enrollment preferred
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for at least one weekend day
• Computer literacy with typing skills of at least 25 WPM
