Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, deliver proactive solutions, and engage in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships
• Deliver personalized solutions and recommend valuable products and services
• Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and multitasking to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019
