Job Summary
Supporting HSN, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will assist Spanish and English-speaking customers by handling inbound inquiries, problem-solving, and promoting products while working remotely from Georgia.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, including refunds, payments, and order placements
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls while personalizing each interaction
- Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales opportunities
Required qualifications
- 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems
- Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues, with the ability to partner with IT when necessary
