Job Summary

Supporting HSN from a remote location in Virginia, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer calls, assist both Spanish and English-speaking customers, and promote products while maintaining a high volume of inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries, including refunds, payments, and orders
  • Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales
  • Provide personalized customer service while navigating multiple systems and screens
Required qualifications
  • At least 12 months of customer service experience
  • Able to work in a virtual environment with a distraction-free workspace
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT when necessary
  • Familiarity with HSN computer system requirements
