Job Summary
Supporting HSN in a remote capacity, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer calls, assist Spanish and English-speaking customers, and promote products while maintaining a high call volume.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a busy day of high-volume inbound customer inquiries, confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
- Personalize customer interactions and offer additional products during each call
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
Required qualifications
- 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems
- Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
- Effective communication with a variety of styles
