Job Summary

Supporting inbound customer calls, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will assist both Spanish and English-speaking customers remotely from Florida, handling inquiries, promoting products, and maintaining a high call volume.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, refunds, payments, and orders while personalizing their experience
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and promote additional products during interactions
• Work a set full-time schedule that includes weekends and holidays

Required qualifications

• 12 months or more of customer service experience
• Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems
• Must provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
• Own a Microsoft 11 computer and meet additional equipment requirements
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
