Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle cancellation and downgrade requests, identifying root causes and executing save strategies
- Support upgrade requests and conduct follow-up outreach to drive product adoption
- Provide product expertise and deliver training sessions to enhance customer understanding and usage
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in Support, Customer Success, or Customer Experience, preferably in SaaS or SMB environments
- Fluency in verbal and written communication in Spanish
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business with a focus on retention
- Strong product aptitude to explain features and workflows clearly
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer experience tools
