Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant will prepare medical records, ensure compliance, and update patient information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians
• Ensure compliance with medical record documentation and update patient histories
• Perform clerical duties to enhance provider productivity and clinic workflow

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish and English
• Experience in medical record management or a related field
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical facility policies
• Access to a laptop/desktop with an i5 processor and 8GB of RAM
• Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet and necessary equipment
