Spanish Bilingual Patient Support Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Patient Support Nurse (Spanish Bi-Lingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing information and education on ALS and related resources
• Facilitate warm transfers to program stakeholders for inquiries outside the role's remit
• Ensure adherence to training deadlines and follow all standard operating procedures consistently

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
• Experience with Parkinson's Disease, neurodegenerative disorders, or movement disorders is necessary
• Preferred experience working with medical devices and/or pumps
• Ability to maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity
• Experience with motivational interviewing techniques is a plus
