Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Pharmacy Technician for Telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to members to offer Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services
Provide outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacy providers to enhance care coordination
Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and document medications for the MTM Program

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification as required by state laws
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations
