Job Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Registered Nurse for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct intervention opportunity evaluations, respond to urgent alerts, and monitor remote patients
Develop and update care plans for members while focusing on caregiver and family support
Collaborate with engagement and product teams to promote quality outcomes and optimize service experience

Required Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited nursing program
Current RN License in Massachusetts and preferably New York
At least 2 years of nursing experience with adult and geriatric patients
Confidence with clinical skills and knowledge of chronic conditions
Ability to work remotely and have a private workspace
