Spanish Bilingual Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries
• Provide verification and/or recommendations on correct auto parts requirements
• Maintain database case notes on all situations and deliver expert customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Fluency in Spanish in verbal and written form
• 1 - 2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
• Additional Automotive Parts training or certifications a plus
• PC/Keyboarding skills including Word & Excel
