Spanish Bilingual Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Connecting with both English and Spanish speaking pet parents, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Inbound Sales Specialist will engage with warm inbound leads, educate potential customers on Trupanion's coverage, and guide them through the enrollment process while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers through clear and empathetic communication across inbound leads and email interactions
• Educate potential customers on Trupanion coverage and guide them through the enrollment process
• Manage high inbound call volumes while achieving individual sales and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication
• 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer sales or inbound call center environment
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Ability to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states
