Spanish Bilingual Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Connecting with both English and Spanish-speaking pet parents, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Inbound Sales Specialist will engage with warm inbound leads, educate potential customers on coverage options, and guide them through the enrollment process while working remotely during Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers through clear and empathetic communication across inbound leads and email interactions
• Utilize a consultative approach to build trust and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Manage high call volumes while achieving individual sales goals and maintaining a positive customer experience

Required qualifications

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication
• 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer sales or inbound call center environment
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all applicable jurisdictions
