Job Summary

Providing technical assistance and customer support remotely, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Specialist will assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through problem-solving processes while working a 10am-7pm Eastern Time schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers seeking technical assistance, handling approximately 30-35 calls per day
  • Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and discovery questions
  • Directs unresolved issues through the escalation process and participates in project assignments related to product launches and workflow efficiencies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in computer information systems or technical customer support
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and secure work environment
