A company is looking for a Trial Experience Specialist (Inside Sales) - Spanish Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships
• Conduct consultative trial engagement efforts and provide technical support to customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred
• 0-2 years of customer service or relevant experience, preferably in Sales Development or Technical Sales
• Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of CRM and marketing tools
• Experience with applications such as Google Suite, Zoom, and social media platforms preferred
• Ability to learn complex software platforms quickly and manage multiple responsibilities
