A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Vehicle Return Clerk (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation
• Manage communications between the car owner, auto dealer, and lending institution
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience (three or more years preferred)
• Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation
• Must be a Michigan resident with high-speed internet access at home
