Job Summary

Fluent in both Spanish and English, the remote Spanish Bilingual Vehicle Return Clerk will manage vehicle return processes for customers, ensuring a hassle-free experience while working part-time or full-time hours from home in Michigan.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy and assemble necessary documentation
• Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Strong computer navigation, typing, and Microsoft Office skills
