Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional proficiency in English
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
• 3-6 years in business analysis, consulting, content strategy, or a related domain
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
