Spanish Conversational AI Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of voice AI agents, the part-time Spanish Conversational AI Specialist will test and improve Spanish-language AI interactions while providing customer support during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Test Spanish voice AI agents and validate conversation quality
• Provide customer support through email and operational requests while troubleshooting basic issues
• Review call recordings and transcripts to identify and report on conversational issues

Required qualifications

• Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (Mexican Spanish)
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Experience in QA, customer support, or operations
• Comfort with reviewing conversations and identifying issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
