Job Summary
To support the development of voice AI agents, the part-time Spanish Conversational AI Specialist will test and improve Spanish-language AI interactions while providing customer support during US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Test Spanish voice AI agents and validate conversation quality
- Provide customer support through email and operational requests while troubleshooting basic issues
- Review call recordings and transcripts to identify and report on conversational issues
Required qualifications
- Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (Mexican Spanish)
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Experience in QA, customer support, or operations
- Comfort with reviewing conversations and identifying issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
