Spanish Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specifications on products to new business contacts
• Cold call and prospect for leads to benefit potential clients
• Maintain communication with warm prospects to understand their purchasing decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Must reside in specific states (AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, NH, NJ, OH, TN, TX, PA, VA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRMs
• Must pass all assessments and systems check
