Job Summary
A company is looking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative (TX/ID/NV).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails providing excellent customer support
- Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments and follow up on written correspondence as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
- 1+ years in customer service, help desk, or call center experience preferred
