Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Customer Service Representative (TX/ID/NV).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails providing excellent customer support
  • Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments and follow up on written correspondence as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to type 50+ words per minute
  • 1+ years in customer service, help desk, or call center experience preferred
