Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Spanish Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support through inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails while working remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed and professionalism
  • Research and resolve complaints to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to type 50+ words per minute
  • 1+ years in Customer Service, help desk, or call center experience preferred
