Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Spanish Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support through inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails while working remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed and professionalism
- Research and resolve complaints to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
- 1+ years in Customer Service, help desk, or call center experience preferred
