Representing the company with professionalism, the full-time Spanish Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails while ensuring excellent customer support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and provide exceptional customer support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS promptly and professionally
  • Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or call center preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
