Job Summary
Representing the company with professionalism, the full-time Spanish Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails while ensuring excellent customer support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound telephone calls and provide exceptional customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS promptly and professionally
- Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or call center preferred
- Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
