• Provide direction, coordination, and quality oversight for client research engagements

• Collaborate with internal researchers and cross-functional partners for smooth project execution

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish, with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Experienced in genealogical research, particularly in Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, or Texas
• Highly organized, capable of managing 30-60 ongoing client projects
• Comfortable working in a billable-hours environment, maintaining an average of 5.5 billable hours per day
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting needs and unexpected challenges in client-based research work
